Hello! I am a passionate and experienced Mandarin teacher with a strong educational background in Education Studies. I hold two Bachelor’s degrees and two Master’s degrees in Education, which have equipped me with deep knowledge of teaching methodologies and child development. With years of teaching experience, I specialize in teaching Mandarin to children aged 3 to 15, whether they are beginners or already have some knowledge of the language. Are you looking for an engaging and structured way for your child to learn Chinese? My lessons are designed for children aged 3 to 15, whether they are absolute beginners or already have some knowledge of Mandarin.

What Makes My Lessons Unique?

1. Personalized Learning Approach – Every child has different learning needs. My lessons are tailored to focus on daily conversation, Chinese typing, pronunciation correction, and cultural appreciation to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.

2. Interactive & Fun Methods – Learning Mandarin doesn’t have to be boring! I incorporate music, storytelling, games, and interactive exercises to keep young learners engaged and motivated.

3. Building Confidence in Chinese Communication – Through practical dialogues and real-life scenarios, I help children develop speaking fluency, correct pronunciation, and confidence in expressing themselves in Chinese.

4. Developing a Strong Writing Foundation – Students will learn to type in Chinese, write short essays, and explore classical Chinese literature, helping them develop strong reading and writing skills.

5. Learn Through Chinese Songs – Singing is a great way to learn pronunciation and culture! My course includes China’s top 10 most famous songs, allowing children to improve pronunciation while enjoying music.

Typical Lesson Structure

• Warm-up (5-10 min): Greetings, review of previous lessons, fun speaking exercises

• Main Lesson (25-35 min): New vocabulary, grammar, and conversation practice

• Interactive Activity (10 min): Songs, stories, or games to reinforce learning

• Writing & Typing Practice (10-15 min): Learning how to type and compose sentences in Chinese
