About Amber
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Astrophysics. I have a deep passion for the history of physics and the groundbreaking experiments that shaped our understanding of the universe. I love exploring how the curiosity and determination of past scientists led to discoveries that still influence us today. From Galileo’s ingenious experiments on motion to Newton’s laws that govern classical mechanics, I enjoy guiding students through these foundational concepts. I also delve into Maxwell’s elegant equations that describe electromagnetism and the revolutionary ideas of the quantum era. My teaching approach in Physics is systematic and clear. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps. Topics include thermodynamics, heat transfer, states of matter, gas laws, and related areas like energy, entropy, and kinetic theory. I emphasize macroscopic behaviors while connecting them to real-world examples.
I use hands-on experiments and practical demonstrations to make learning interactive and memorable. Students often explore concepts as Gadget Hackers and Experimentalists, which deepens their understanding. I provide consistent feedback on assignments and practice exercises to ensure strong grasp of core principles.
Lessons are structured to build step-by-step understanding, from basic ideas to advanced applications. I encourage questions and curiosity, helping students think critically and analytically. Together, we focus on mastering energy, its transformations, and its effects in different systems. My goal is to support students in excelling in exams, projects, and real-world applications.
