I have known Tom Young for over 20 years. He is a deep thinker and passionate in his desire to share what he learns with others. We've had many a lively discussion through the years as he gained a new insight and could hardly wait to tell me. I think he would be an excellent teacher because he's a lifelong learner as well as stimulating teacher

This is to highly recommend Tom Young to a "Superprof" position. If there's one or two things about Tom, he's a giving, caring person. Case in point: When Vanguard's IT person (from India) needed to buy a car, she also had to learn to drive in order to take the driving test. Tom and another employee schooled her for many weekends so she would pass the test. And, she did! On a professional level, Tom is very detail-oriented. He doesn't let anything slide. Yes, he's a true professional and committed to teaching and learning - giving and sharing. I met Tom at Wallace Engineering years ago and developed a good professional relationship with him. I am now one of the owners of Wallace. Tom is extremely intelligent, a hard worker, very honest, extremely detailed and considers it his responsibility to treat people fairly. For those reasons I think he will be a trustworthy teacher.
