About Ken
If you can't quite understand what I'm going to write in the next sentence, don't worry because I can help with that! From my experience, it is easier to learn a language if you are exploring a topic for which you have a certain passion or interest. This is my philosophy on language learning. My method of teaching is to allow the student to gain better fluency by exploring (using written or spoken English) only the topics in which they already have a passion.

I follow the following approach to improving student English language competence: 1. Discuss student personal goals and objectives; 2. Determine student fluency level; 3. Hit the method in which the student learns best (visual, kinesthetic, oral, etc.); 4. Build a learning plan and strategy designed for the student; 5. Execute the plan and strategy; and 6. Revisit student progress as often as possible and rebuild a new strategy if necessary.
