About the lesson

I am easy-going, encouraging, and I love to laugh. I have taught all levels from beginner to near-fluency. I like to bring a variety of materials, such as poems, songs, stories, picture-dictionaries, and worksheets to mix things up and keep my students interested. I have worked with all ages as well from infants/toddlers to adults. I enjoy spending time with my students, and seeing their excitement as they improve and gain confidence in the language.

About Renee

I am a French tutor. I earned my Bachelor's degree in French studies from Lewis & Clark College in 2017. I spent one semester studying in Strasbourg, France and one semester in French-speaking West Africa, in Dakar, Senegal. I started learning French 11 years ago and immediately fell in love with the beauty and elegance of the language. I have been tutoring for the past 3 years and have taught in schools.
