About Autumn

I’m a singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Voice. My passion lies in helping students build vocal confidence and overcome performance anxiety. I believe everyone has a unique voice waiting to be discovered and nurtured. I teach a variety of styles, including Pop, Indie, R\&B, and Contemporary Worship. Breath control, expressive phrasing, and vocal health are the foundation of my lessons. I also focus on live performance coaching to prepare you for the stage with ease and energy. I enjoy working with shy beginners, teen performers, and aspiring recording artists alike. Each lesson is personalized to suit your goals and pace. My aim is to help you connect emotionally with the songs you sing, making every performance authentic. Finding your voice is a journey, and I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll make singing an enjoyable and rewarding part of your life. Let’s start this exciting musical adventure!

About the lesson

My teaching method for ensemble players and fiddlers focuses strongly on building stage confidence and connecting with the audience. I emphasize the importance of breath control, clear diction, and strong posture to support powerful live performances. These skills help students feel comfortable and steady on stage.

I guide each student to select songs that highlight their strengths and help build self-belief. Movement exercises are included to improve natural stage presence and charisma. We work on microphone techniques so they feel confident handling equipment during performances.

Video feedback is a key tool in my lessons. Watching themselves perform helps students notice small details and track progress. Stage presence drills create awareness of how to engage an audience through eye contact and gestures.

Vocal stamina apps and breathing exercises are used to maintain energy and avoid strain during longer shows. My goal is to help each student develop a strong, authentic connection with their audience. Over time, they grow not just as musicians, but as captivating performers full of confidence and passion.
