As a tutor, I use one-on-one direct instruction, with continual feedback in an interactive format. I encourage initiative by allowing students to actively participate in the learning process with discussions and exercises that support the curriculum. I have six years' experience as a tutor and teacher, and can quickly establish rapport with the student.
