About Darian
Hello! My name is Darian Stanton. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I currently live in North Carolina not far from Virginia. I have been living in the United States of America my entire life. I am currently 29 years old. I have been playing basketball since I was about three years old. I started playing organized basketball at 8 years old. I played each year until I graduated High School in 2012. I ran Cross Country at the division two level. I was coached for one year at Fayetteville State University by former Olympian Inez Turner. I received my degree in Health and Physical education in 2018.

My area of expertise is Nutrition and Sports coaching. I consider myself to be an expert in nutrition and sports. In my course you will gather the tools to become a top tier athlete in whichever sport you decide to pursue ,or continue to participate in. You will also gather the tools, support, and coaching to implement an exceptional diet. The course will begin by gathering what you want to achieve in your life as an athlete. We will also gather your nutritional goals. This course is geared towards children ages 11-17. That would include grade levels 6-12.
