I utilize the 'show one, do one, teach one' approach to solve problems. Essentially, I will show you how to do a few problems, you will then attempt a few on your own (I will assist if you get stuck), and finally you will teach me how to solve similar problems.
When it comes to soft skills, like memorizing biological pathways, I will teach you the concept and then quiz you on what would happen given an alternate situation.
