About Jemel
I spent 4 years as an elementary teacher, and taught grades K-5 STEM lessons. The school I worked at in Florida received the highest science standardized testing scores in the entire state! My lessons were more involved and usually involve building or breaking things, so you can see the science in action and allow it to relate to you.

As a kid, I hated science and math until I had a teacher that made it make sense in a way that I could understand. My hope for anyone I tutor is to relate complex ideas with the activities you have a passion for. It’s hard to learn something you don’t love, and I hope that I can assist you in your journey in learning science!
