About Harleigh
I’m a passionate Religious Studies PGCE graduate with a deep commitment to helping young people explore life’s big questions. I’ve always been fascinated by different worldviews, cultures, and ethical issues, which led me to pursue a career in teaching RE. I believe the subject helps students develop empathy, critical thinking, and a stronger sense of identity. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where students feel confident to express ideas, challenge perspectives, and make connections between belief and the modern world. Teaching RE isn’t just about facts — it’s about inspiring curiosity, respect, and lifelong learning.
