There is no point learning from anyone unless they measure your progress, inform you with setting targets on how you can move to the next grade. One of the key aspects of delivering a lesson is understanding your learners, and making sure that they are always kept engaged. I have 18+ years experience of this, I am currently a Head of Faculty in an outstanding school. I have many years of experience teaching the following year groups; KS3, KS4 and KS4.
