I’m a Math tutor with over 5 years of experience and hold an MMath degree. What excites me most about mathematics isn’t just solving problems—it’s the story behind the numbers. I have a deep passion for the history of mathematics and how mathematical ideas have evolved over time. From the geometric insights of the ancient Greeks to the brilliant algebra of Islamic scholars, I love exploring how different cultures shaped the math we study today. I guide my students not only through formulas and theorems, but also through the rich narratives that bring those concepts to life. We study the origins of famous theorems, the lives of great mathematicians, and how historical needs gave rise to new methods. This approach helps students see math as a living subject, not just a static set of rules. It fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for the subject.
