I like to look for easy starter lessons and work with students to find a strategy they are comfortable with to progress their ability to play the piano and read sheet music as we move through the lessons.
I also like to include material from the Royal School of Music (UK) grade syallabus to ensure that there is structure around their competencies at different grade levels.
