I believe that teaching history and social science is critical to understanding our society today. As a history teacher, I believe that history is not just learning about facts from the past, but also how we perceive and study these past events.
A typical lesson plan from me would differ according to what you want to focus on, but usually with some factual introduction into a deeper dive of historical analysis and critical thinking on the said subject regarding social science.
My lessons are open to anyone of any age if interested!
