Growing up in the dance world I was aware of how the dancers bodies are easy to suffer from injuries as well as been part of toxic environments, my goal as a teacher is to offer a safe space where we can focus on building strength, proper technique, elasticity and confidence in our movement as well as feel comfortable and confident in ourselves.
