About Kitty
I have experience in public speaking about my own struggles that I have encountered in my life, in partnership with Mind charity. In previous years I have run a women's group regarding sexual/STI stigma and intimacy issues. I am well versed in psychoeducation and focus mainly on the Humanistic perspective. My knowledge of the field stems from life experience, the experiences of others and my own quest to broaden my understanding of the psyche and the lenses through which we view the world and ourselves.

The journey of self-development continues day by day, year by year, but it is up to us in which direction. This can be a painful and difficult experience when we do not feel like we have any support. Part of our goal should you wish, will be to help you establish good self-support as a foundation to operate from. Stemming from a psychoeducational point of view informed by humanistic thinking, sessions will be provided online at a regular time that suits you. Together we will look at the picture of your life and figure out where the dilemmas you are facing may have taken root and how to best address them in a way that is going to serve your personal growth in a positive direction.
It is my goal to help you feel secure and safe during our sessions so that we may establish a healthy working alliance.
