About Grace

Guitar has been my passion for over 8 years of teaching, and I absolutely love helping complete beginners discover the incredible joy of making music! I've guided students from age 7 to 70, each finding their own musical voice through patient, encouraging instruction. My students appreciate how I make guitar learning feel relaxed and enjoyable while building real skills they can use for a lifetime.

About the lesson

Ready to make beautiful music? My guitar lessons are perfect for complete beginners who have never held a guitar before! We start with the absolute basics - how to hold your guitar comfortably without strain, proper finger positioning that prevents pain, and how to make clear, beautiful sounds from the very first lesson.

Then we gradually build your skills through simple chords that let you play real songs, easy strumming patterns that sound great, popular songs you already know and love, and basic music theory explained in simple terms. I customize every lesson to match your musical interests - whether you love pop, rock, country, folk, or classical music.

You'll learn to read basic guitar tabs, play rhythm and lead parts, build finger strength naturally and safely, and gain confidence for playing with others or performing. Most importantly, every lesson is paced to your comfort level, so you never feel rushed or frustrated.
