About Madison

I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 9 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Music. My passion for guitar and music has been a lifelong journey, and I am committed to sharing this enthusiasm with my students. I believe that learning guitar should be both enjoyable and fulfilling, tailored to each student’s unique goals and musical tastes. Over the years, I have taught students of various ages and skill levels, from beginners just starting out to advanced players refining their technique. My teaching approach is flexible and student-centered, focusing on building a strong technical foundation while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Patience and positive reinforcement are key elements in my instruction. I emphasize a well-rounded musical education, combining chord mastery, fingerstyle techniques, and music theory. I strive to help students not only develop their skills but also understand the music behind what they play. Whether a student is interested in classical, rock, jazz, or acoustic styles, I tailor lessons to suit their preferences. What I find most rewarding is seeing my students grow in confidence and ability. Helping someone achieve their musical goals and discover their own voice on the guitar is incredibly fulfilling. I am dedicated to providing personalized, encouraging guidance to support each learner’s journey.
