About Liesel
I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and attended Dimond High School. I excelled but also have struggled with math. Working through problems with a math tutor helped me truly understand and therefore master the material, and I want to provide the same service for other struggling students. I received A's in pre-algebra, algebra, precalculus, and AP Calculus while in High School.

My method is helping students work through practice problems and providing support when needed. I believe repetition and understanding of HOW to work to the solution helps build mastery. I also pinpoint basic math skills which we may need review and are required to learn and understand more advanced material.
