About Divya
I am excited to collectively embrace the motto where “Agile Minds Excel” with fellow team members and collaboratively resolve challenging problems while improving organizational productivity by using contemporary educational development, active learning focused flipped classroom pedagogical instructional modalities, strategic communication, and highly agile STEM based project management technologies. I look forward to applying my stellar oral and written communication skills, public speaking and presentation abilities, global business development and technology savviness, and multilingualism capacity to encourage multidirectional discourse and build strong student rapport, as well as, embrace various multicultural perspectives through teamwork to optimize diversity, equity, and inclusion at your college. I intend to make a positive difference in the lives of others and prosper at SuperProf while promoting educational equity, social justice, and sustainability. I believe that I would be an excellent inspirational instructor for my students as I am open, amiable, compassionate, dedicated and motivated to helping my students succeed, and am flexible and resilient in my pedagogical approach in that I apply a multimodal teaching format and varied digital communication tools to keep my students engaged (i.e. virtual teaching and learning strategies, virtual lesson plans, and collaborative learning oriented activities). I strive to make the learning process conversational and believe that it is a cooperative enterprise that requires active student participation and reflexive discourse. I look forward to connecting with you and inspiring our posterity to become rising STEM leaders and connect their knowledge to real world scenarios.
