About Nathaniel
I have been a member of BMMA (British Military Martial Arts) since the age of 8 and at the age of 12 I successfully achieved my adult Black-belt which consisted of a day of hill sprints, running, full-on session of sparring that included Points Sparring, Grappling and Full Contact Sparring. The second day was for my skills and techniques. For both days I graded 100%. Since Lock-down I have been training and teaching my 18 yr old twin sisters basic techniques and simple self-defence. They both gained improved fitness and confidence.

I base my lessons on fitness and the art of self-defence, incorporating simple and easy to follow techniques that I have learnt over the past 5 years. My lessons include defensive blocks and skilful attacking movements. I will also teach simple routines and exercises.
