About Tarek
I am a dual degree DO-MPH student at Michigan State. I scored in the 99th percentile of the ACT Math section. I have several years of tutoring experience with students of all ages, specifically high school students that are taking prep courses for their ACT, SAT, or GED tests.

I focus on the Math section of prep courses. I will go over every single subsection of the Math portion so that students aren’t surprised by any questions on test day. I will also focus on time management and prepare students with strategies and practice to ensure that the time limit is not an issue on test day. My goal is to ensure that students have an understanding of the material at hand and are comfortable to provide feedback and ask questions. I incorporate materials that are beneficial for all different types of students and will always appreciate feedback to ensure that every student has a great and unique experience. My teaching style is very relaxed and focused on the student. Think of this as more of a collaboration!
