About Karen
I came to arts through drawing and painting, attended The Memphis Collge of Art. received my Bachelors in Advertising Desgn. I found painting rewarding. Moved to NY. In community acting classes and at NYU, I learned exciting techiniques for acting, including improvisation.

Theater, lessons can give you insights to yourself. You need to be able to avoid freezing on stage. It can be frightening to be in front of an audience, but improvisation practice can help you stay in charecter. I will read scripts and do improve sketches
to help you challenge yourself.
