Beginner violin lessons start with learning proper posture, holding the violin and bow, and producing clear sound through bowing and pizzicato. Students progress to basic finger placements, scales, and reading musical notation while practicing simple songs like “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” Lessons also cover string crossing, dynamics, and bowing techniques such as slurs and staccato. The program culminates in polishing a piece for performance, celebrating progress, and setting goals for further learning.
