I based my teaching philosophy on a combination of my work, education and personal experience. I would use yoga philosophy, such as, yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, praytyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi to implement where it might be need in life coaching or stress management. Emphasizing the the mind body and self connection.
