About Ashish
Hey,
I've done my Bachelor's in Engineering( CPI (concealed information)) from IIT Kharagpur and Master's in Pure Mathematics ((concealed information)) from IIT Gandhinagar. I'm incredibly passionate about Mathematics, Physics, Mathematical Economics, Computer Science and teach a range of topics in these areas at an advanced level.
My approach is rooted in providing a wholesome learning experience through problem solving sessions. Hence, assignments constitute a significant part of the learning process. I aim to encourage questions, because it is our own curiosity which motivates us to gain deeper understanding of a topic more than anything else.
To paraphrase Bill Thurston, the satisfaction in science lies in leaning from others and sharing with others. Teaching serves as a great outlet for this purpose and I find it extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
