Inspiring Tutor with 12 Years of Experience PhD in Math/BA in Physics

Methodology

I believe in a pedagogical approach that entertains as well as educates. I draw on examples from everyday life to elucidate math concepts as well as physical laws. Further, I entertain students with animations that clarify word problems as well references to math and physics formulas in popular culture.

Background

I have worked as an academic tutor for 12 years and an instructor for 9 years. I enjoy learning math, physics, computer science, statistics, chemistry, and astronomy. In my spare time, I enjoy making movies, specifically stop motion videos that explain math and physics concepts.
