About Francesca
I'm an Italian girl currently at Yale University to pursue a Master degree. My family is passionate about cooking and passing down traditional recipes local to our city, Bologna, which is considered the food capital of Italy. Since I was very little, I've been helping my mum in the kitchen, and I've learned many of our family recipes.

I can teach you how to cook some of the most traditional dishes from my region, such as tagliatelle, bolognese sauce, tortellini, lasagne, tortelloni, rice spongy cake, and so on, as well as easy pasta recipes such as carbonara or amatriciana, risotto, and general baking. If you have something in mind, just ask!
