I have 5 years of experience in tutoring helping educate kids and adults through various subjects. With that being said, have a bachelors from Houston Baptist University and masters degree from William Carey University . My specialist degree is in education where i have the ability to work with kids who have dyslexia, ADHD and things of that nature. I got into tutoring because even though i did well in school i never really enjoyed it and when i needed help i would never ask . Because it was just so boring to me , but as i got older i appreciated school a lot more and began to excel. Earning Magna Cum Laude throughout college . Lastly , I'm also a professional baseball player and pursuing my baseball career so i know what's it's like to focus on numerous things and be successful with hard work and dedication.
At Blackmon Tutoring we have numerous years of experience in education. We educate all grades and ages K-12 including college in a various amount of subjects. With test prep and foreign language included. All of our tutors have bachelors/ masters degrees with knowledge on the subject matter. We also have multiple tutors certified in teaching. We have specialist in education that have the ability to work with kids who have dyslexia, ADHD and things of that nature. This company was started because of the passion to help other who may feel the same way we did as a child. Might have struggled or not applied ourselves like we should have. So with our expertise as well as personal differences we can all relate. We have all kinds of tutors who have been through it whether they were former athletes, had learning disabilities, homeschooled, older getting back into school etc. So we have people who can relate with you or your child on a personal level . We offer in person tutoring as well as virtual tutoring so whatever works for you. Our goal is to give back to others and also be affordable unlike a lot of our counterparts .
