About Josie
I've worked with students who struggle in school for 45+ years and am pleased to report an excellent record of success. Maybe part of my understanding of and success with students who struggle in school is my own experience with learning Differences - which I successfully grappled with, in the absence of support, throughout my own education.

I'm an expert at teaching students to "do school" with the greatest effectiveness and the least amount of stress. I focus on strategies that include organizing/prioritizing school work so that students can also create more time to do the things they are passionate about. I also teach self-advocacy so that students can appropriately ask for the support/accommodations that they may need to be their most successful at school.
