About Sable
I’m a passionate piano tutor with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, specializing in piano. With over fourteen years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with both school-aged students and adult learners, helping each one reach their personal musical goals. My background blends solid academic training with practical experience in a variety of styles, including jazz, pop, and classical. I believe music should be both structured and enjoyable, so I tailor each lesson to suit the student’s pace, interests, and aspirations. Whether you're learning for fun, exams, or performance, I provide clear guidance and steady encouragement. I focus on building strong technique, musical understanding, and expressive playing from the very beginning. My lessons include sight-reading, improvisation, ear training, and theory—always taught in a way that feels approachable and practical. I enjoy helping students discover their musical voice and develop confidence in their playing. It’s rewarding to see each person grow through music, no matter their age or level. For those recording, I offer coaching on microphone placement, playing for the mic, and using digital tools like DAWs and audio analysis apps to improve accuracy and tone.
I support students preparing for music exams, ensuring they meet every requirement while performing with confidence and expression. I also help church and worship musicians develop consistency, creativity, and flow in their playing. Whether you’re recording a track or stepping onto a stage, I’m here to help you play your best.
