About Jordan

I am a piano tutor with over 14 years of experience, passionate about inspiring and motivating students to achieve their musical goals. My teaching style is both motivational and encouraging, helping students build confidence and a love for playing the piano. I understand that every student learns differently and tailor my lessons to meet their individual needs.

My sessions are organized and structured, ensuring that students progress steadily. I cover a wide range of topics including music theory, sight-reading, and various piano styles like classical, jazz, pop, and R&B. By breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, I make learning piano enjoyable and accessible for all levels, from beginners to advanced players.

I am empathetic and understanding, always ready to listen to students' concerns and adapt my teaching methods accordingly. As a creative problem-solver, I find innovative ways to overcome learning obstacles and keep lessons engaging. My goal is to help students develop a lifelong passion for music and achieve their full potential as pianists.

About the lesson

I offer piano tutoring sessions designed to inspire passion and mastery. With 10+ years of experience, I teach students at all levels, from novice to professional. My lessons are structured and organized, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

In our sessions, we cover a wide range of topics, including music theory, sight-reading, finger technique, improvisation, chord progressions, classical pieces, jazz standards, pop hits, funk rhythms, and R&B grooves. Each lesson is tailored to the student's individual needs and goals.

Real-life examples and case studies are integral to my teaching. For instance, one of my students went from struggling with basic chords to confidently playing complex jazz pieces within a year. Another student developed a deep love for classical music, eventually performing at local recitals.

By incorporating a variety of instruments such as the harpsichord, synthesizer, and keyboard, I ensure a well-rounded musical education. My goal is to help students develop a lifelong passion for playing the piano, regardless of their starting point.
