About Soniya
“No coding background? No problem — I’ll guide you step by step and make Python, R, and SQL simple to learn and apply.” Hi! I’m Soniya, currently pursuing my Master's in Data Science at the University of Queensland, Australia. I specialize in Python, R, SQL, and programming for data science, and I love showing students that coding doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. One of my favorite experiences was helping a business analytics student who had never coded before. She needed to complete a project analyzing a dataset but felt completely stuck. Together, we started with the basics of Python, then worked through Pandas and Matplotlib to clean and visualize her data. By the end, she not only completed her project but also said she felt excited about coding for the first time. That’s what I bring to my lessons: patience, clarity, and practical skills you can use right away — whether it’s for assignments, research, or preparing for a career in data science
