My Story (or How I Learned to Transform Inner Chaos)
"I don't even know why it's wrong, but I know it's wrong."
If you’ve ever felt this way, I get it.
I lived in that limbo for years.
Since childhood, actually. I was that kid who didn’t know how to express emotions. Everything stayed bottled up—frustration, fear, anger—buried deep inside.
The result? A constant state of survival.
As I got older, it turned into an emotional roller coaster. High-energy phases where I’d launch a thousand projects… followed by sudden crashes where nothing made sense anymore.
I was sabotaging myself without even realizing it: the moment something started going well, I’d find a way to complicate it.
My coping strategy? - Escape.
Late-night parties.
70-hour workweeks.
Mindless scrolling on my phone.
Starting new projects the moment the previous one got too real.
Anything to avoid being present.
Anything to avoid facing the growing emptiness inside.
My body started to signal what my mind refused to hear: "Hey. Come back. Something's off."
Tight jaw.
Back tension.
Restless sleep.
Digestive issues.
Recurring infections.
Maybe you know these escapes too—scrolling till 2 a.m., binge-watching series, drinking to “relax,” overtraining at the gym… Anything to avoid being alone with yourself.
The more I suppressed things, the louder my body protested.
Panic attacks crept in.
I constantly worried about my health—"What if it’s something serious?"
My brain ran wild with worst-case scenarios.
One day, I realized I couldn’t go on like this.
People meant well: “Exercise,” “Meditate,” “Think positive.”
But none of that gave me real, lasting results. I needed something deeper.
So I searched. Obsessively.
I explored everything I could find: books on neuroscience, articles about the brain, expert videos, forums, online trainings, English-language resources from all over the world...
I studied emotions, neurobiology, somatic healing, even supplements and naturopathy—anything that could help me understand the mind-body link.
Thousands of hours spent reading, testing, experimenting on myself.
90% of what I found? Theories that sounded great but didn’t work in practice.
But the remaining 10%? Pure gold.
Approaches that truly help dissolve emotional burdens and rebuild lasting balance.
I took the best of what worked and built my own method.
And it worked.
Not overnight—but with persistence and honest inner work, things began to change.
The Turning Point That Changed Everything :
I discovered that emotional burdens can actually be dissolved.
Not repressed.
Not “managed.”
But truly transformed at the root.
I learned how to balance distorted perceptions and see both sides of every experience.
A concrete example:
That deep anger I had toward my father since childhood?
It was hiding a layer of gratitude.
I saw how his “flaws” had shaped strengths in me.
It might sound strange—but when you live it, it's liberating.
Little by little, everything fell back into place:
- My body finally relaxed (goodbye chronic tension)

And most importantly: I found the inner peace I had been chasing everywhere but in the right place
Today? I wake up with a clear sense of direction.
Even challenges feel meaningful.
I have a deep calm that helps me stay centered—even in chaos.
Not because life is perfect, but because now I have tools to navigate it.
