  • Do a bridge exercise for strength and flexibility. Lie down, bend your knees, and keep your feet flat on the surface. Put your hands beside your head with fingers pointing toward your shoulders and palms facing down. Push your hips up with your hands and keep your feet and hands steady on the ground. Hold for a few seconds, then lower yourself back to the ground
  • To build upper body strength, try a handstand by standing with one foot in front of the other, leaning forward at the waist, and placing both hands on the floor. Elevate your feet by pushing upward with your back leg and upward through your shoulders while keeping your arms locked. Grip the floor with your fingertips for balance, and exit the move by lowering one leg at a time
  • Try doing a cartwheel to practice moving all your body parts together.
