I’m both a Licensed Therapist and a Life Coach, which means I bring depth and practicality into every session. Over the years, I’ve learned how much of our behavior is shaped by the unconscious, the quiet beliefs, fears, and patterns we don’t always see but that influence everything from our relationships to our decision-making.
