A licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist with 15 years of experience. I am looking to help St. Louis students thrive to their greatest potential in math, science, biology and chemistry.

Methodology

After getting acquainted with the student, I assess the student's needs and identify where the breakdown of understanding occurs. I use the concepts they already know to build confidence and then build new concepts onto their foundation of knowledge.

Background

I am a scientist with 15 years of experience working in a laboratory setting. I was the lead trainer for 7 of those years. I started tutoring during my undergrad program in 2004, for 1 year. My students and trainees have given nothing but great feedback. I like to break down information to the simplest level to allow the student to fully grasp the knowledge. It's so rewarding to see your students finally get the knowledge for themselves. One of my first trainees is now the supervisor in the dept I trained her in.
