About Tyler
I am coming at this from a different perspective than most teachers. Some have extensive resumes and credentials from music schools or have music careers and I cannot compete on that basis; but I assure you that as a beginner or intermediate guitarist this profits very little. Most experienced guitar players have never used any music theory in our lives and never will, but are able to play almost anything and have fun playing in any group or ensemble. Care are attention are far more crucial.

Hello friends, I am a guitarist with roughly 15 years of experience under my belt and it would be my joy to share the gift that God has given me with you. My goals are to equip you with the tools necessary for a lifetime of learning and to help you acquire to right attitude and mindset to succeed. Success, I believe, is measured not in how technically well you play or how difficult the songs are that we learn together are (though this is still an essential component) but in cultivating love and care for what we are doing.
