About Me
Hi, I’m Anisha Bafna – a Strategic HR Leader with over 20 years of experience in Business HR, Leadership Coaching, and Mental Wellbeing initiatives.
Counseling has always been a part of my HR journey, and studying Psychology has helped me create workplaces rooted in psychological safety. My passion for mental health inspires me to support people—to meet them where they are, and help them move forward.
