About Ingo
I was a rather good student in elementary school, so I went to high school afterwards. I also had to learn Latin there, parallel to English and many other subjects that were new to me.
I was able to keep up to the 8th grade, then I stayed seated. My parents didn't think it was funny. Neither did I. So I set out to get better. I asked some older guys I already knew, if they would help me. 2 agreed to do so. And after a few weeks it got better and better. Suddenly I understood many things that I had not understood before. Years later I was able to go to University and then work in the media, what I still do today.
My motto is: Believe in yourself, but always let others help you out if you can't do it on your own.
I still live by that motto today...

I always try to interweave the school material with other media. Music, videos, books, anything can help reduce your problems. Self-confidence grows and step by step you become more confident and therefore stronger.
Suddenly you enjoy a subject that you previously avoided.
Your performance will improve and you will grow with your success. I almost failed in 8th grade. Math and Latin weren't my thing. When things got tight, a classmate used to take me home after school. He only got great grades. I worked with him and soon wrote my first 4 in Latin. From that moment everything got better and better and I even did the latin major. It's always up to us.
