About Lyra
With 7 years of experience teaching chess to high school and college students, I am deeply committed to fostering a personalized learning experience for each of my students. My approach focuses on understanding each student’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning styles, allowing me to tailor lessons that effectively meet their individual needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped students improve their strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and overall game performance. I believe in the power of chess to teach valuable life skills such as patience, critical thinking, and decision-making, which I incorporate into every lesson.
In addition to my strong teaching skills, I bring a wealth of practical experience and in-depth knowledge of various chess strategies and tactics.
