About Miyana
My teaching philosophy is centered on communication, creativity, and adaptability, tailoring lessons to each student’s strengths and learning style. I believe learning chess should be engaging and interactive, encouraging students to think ahead, anticipate moves, and develop confidence on and off the board. I have successfully coached students to achieve significant milestones, including winning school-level championships and improving competitive play strategies. My goal is to inspire a love for the game while fostering personal growth and resilience. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, I am here to guide you on your journey to mastering chess!
