About Olga

I graduated from Moscow State University in 2018 (Bachelor's) and 2020 (Master's) and spent some time as a scientist in the field of diffraction spectroscopy before moving on to teaching because of my love of working with teenagers and probably my talent for communicating with them.

I have 3 years of experience in education as a teacher in a public school and 8 years in private tutoring mostly with teenagers of 12-18 years, but also occasionally with adults.

I have a good level of English, sufficient for no-barrier communication. However my native language is Russian, so I will be happy to give my first English-speaking students a discount because for me our lessons will be a useful practice of teaching in English.

I am also a passionate language learner and I enjoy (and have experience with) dealing with tasks in French or German. If you have tasks in some other language, I will be happy to help you get over it if you can help with translation.

About the lesson

I teach school physics at all levels, and I have also helped students during their first years in college or university. I am also capable of explaining maths in case my students face difficulties with maths as a school subject and need help or we come across some difficulties during our physics lessons.

My lessons can help you in different situations, should you need to improve your knowledge of the subject, complete some tasks, prepare for tests and or exams, or generally raise your confidence during school lessons.

My students say I make things look easy so they no longer feel nervous or frustrated about physics. On the contrary, they get inspired to move on.

I give lessons online using an interactive whiteboard, so my students and I can write or draw simultaneously. This adds to the atmosphere of teamwork and, believe me, fun!
