About Ivy

I’m a Physics tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Computational Physics. My main interest lies in medical physics, especially how physics supports diagnostics and treatment in healthcare. I specialize in teaching key biomedical imaging techniques such as MRI, ultrasound, X-rays, and CT scans. These technologies can be complex, but I break them down into simple, understandable steps. I often use clinical case studies to connect physics principles with real patient care. By exploring how images are formed and interpreted, students gain both technical and practical understanding. Radiation therapy is another area I enjoy teaching—especially the balance between treatment effectiveness and patient safety. I help students understand how physics contributes to life-saving decisions. My teaching style is clear, supportive, and adapted to each student’s goals.
