I am a dedicated violin tutor with 10 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music Education in Strings (Violin). My passion lies in group instruction, where I specialize in ensemble classes, orchestral sectionals, and chamber music coaching. I believe that learning in a group nurtures musical growth, teamwork, and shared joy. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with youth orchestras and school ensembles, guiding students through the unique demands of ensemble playing. I focus on developing strong listening skills, helping students blend their sound and tune effectively within a group. My approach emphasizes musical sensitivity and awareness, fostering a cohesive and expressive ensemble. I also train young musicians in leadership, especially those taking on the role of concertmaster. I coach them in confidence, cueing, and setting the tone for the group.
