About Manisha

My violin tutoring approach is student-centred, focused on clear communication and adaptability to different learning styles. I believe that each student is unique, so I tailor my lessons to suit their individual needs, whether they are beginners or more advanced. I incorporate a variety of learning methods, such as visual aids, hands-on practice, and auditory exercises to help students grasp complex violin techniques. I use real-life examples, including famous violin performances, to make lessons more engaging and relatable. Case studies on violinists’ journeys also inspire students, showing them the importance of practice, patience, and perseverance. In each session, I emphasise building a strong foundation in music theory, sight-reading, and rhythm alongside technical skills like bowing, finger placement, and vibrato. With consistent feedback and a focus on motivation, my goal is to help students achieve both their short-term goals and long-term musical ambitions, whether it's playing for fun, preparing for exams, or mastering challenging pieces.

About the lesson

I am a passionate violin tutor with 3 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 300 students, helping them develop their musical skills and confidence. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning enjoyable and engaging while ensuring steady progress. I tailor lessons to meet each student's unique needs, whether they're beginners or more advanced players. I take pride in my students' achievements, from mastering complex pieces to building a solid foundation in violin technique.
