About Natnael

When working as a tutor, it is important to show students that you are professional and serious about helping them. The first impression you make is very important. I always dress neatly, speak politely, and explain clearly what we are going to work on during each session. This helps students and parents see that I am organized and trustworthy from the very beginning. Being on time is another way to show professionalism. I make sure to arrive a few minutes early or start online sessions right on time. If anything unexpected comes up, I let the student or parent know as soon as possible. Being reliable helps build trust quickly. Finally, I show students that I care about their success. I celebrate small improvements and encourage them when they feel stuck. By staying positive, respectful, and prepared, I show my students that I am a professional tutor who is committed to helping them succeed.

About the lesson

Many students struggle with math, and sometimes it feels like no one explains it clearly. I want students to know that I truly understand how that feels. My goal as a tutor is not just to teach math, but to make it simple, comfortable, and easy to understand. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and patience.

When I tutor, I focus on breaking problems down step-by-step. I don’t rush or expect students to understand everything right away. I work at their pace and explain things in a way that makes sense to them. I always stay patient and positive because I know learning can be hard sometimes, and I want my students to feel supported, not stressed.

I also believe that every student learns differently. Some need more examples, some need more practice, and some need someone to encourage them. I pay close attention to what each student needs and adjust my teaching to help them the best way I can.

Besides studying math in college, I have helped classmates who were struggling, and I loved seeing their confidence grow. That experience made me even more excited to tutor others. I’m not just here to teach — I’m here to make math feel less scary and more possible.

If a student wants, I’m happy to offer a short first meeting so they can see my tutoring style. No pressure — just a chance to see if we work well together. I believe that once students see how patient and supportive I am, they will feel comfortable learning with me.
