I have my PhD in Mathematics and several years of instruction experience at the college level. I've worked with students all across the board in mathematical ability. My teaching style includes prioritization of critical thinking and concepts. I don't want students to just figure out what's on their test, but to fully synthesize the material. I change my methods based on the individual student's preferences whether it be worksheets, lectures, discussions, etc. I work primarily with college students, but I've also worked with high schoolers as well. I've taught a wide range of math classes including, Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I-III (Derivatives, Integrals, Multivariable), Statistics, Logic, and many more upper division college math courses.
