About Sarah

I am a biochemistry student with interest in neurodevelopmental conditions. I am passionate about helping everyone feel confident and included so they can excel in and enjoy the stage of life they're in. I plan to take further qualifications to work with primary school children with developmental differences, and separate qualifications to teach dance professionally. For now, I want to teach to increase the confidence and enjoyment of students as they progress in their education.

I have experience teaching GCSE maths higher and foundation level, and A level biology, as well as years of experience teaching dance. Tutoring is available for KS1 & KS2 for all subjects, French, geography, maths and science for KS3 & KS4 (excluding geography), and biology and chemistry for KS5. Tutoring of general working basics from adults is also possible. I aim to tailor my teaching to the student, and I'm happy to spend as much time as needed to help the student until they understand. I am happy to teach from any syllabus and focus on specific areas as the student asks, and prioritise exam technique as a way to learn. I am also willing to teach multiple subjects to one student, with sufficient prior notice. Lessons would typically be 30 minutes - 2 hours, as often as required.
